Why is it not good to eat pastries in the morning and what do you need to replace them?

Food habits are directly related to lifestyle, and Romanians are increasingly inclined towards a healthy diet. "There is a lot of talk about healthy life, because very few people put it into practice. If she became a routine, she would probably have less to talk about. This is also true for breakfast. It is important and healthy to eat in the morning, and this habit is normal and should not involve any effort on the part of anyone. The body worsens energy after 10 to 12 hours and needs fuel, because during the first part of the day we work and go through an extremely active stage for which we need resources, "says Univ. Dr. Corina Zugravu, primary physician, Hygiene of Nutrition and Nutrition.
Even though 86% of Romanians agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, only 56% eat every morning and one third of them admit that they serve breakfast three times a week or never. 85% of those who eat breakfast choose to serve it at home and the remaining 15% choose to eat the first meal of the day at the office or on the way to the office. Only 50% of those who eat breakfast confess that they rarely allocate between 5 and 15 minutes to sit at breakfast in the morning, and the time often allocated is much lower.

Why are we jumping over the first table?

The main reasons why we do not have breakfast are: lack of hunger, lack of time and fear of not getting fat. The Romanians' first choices for breakfast are: eggs (75%), cheese (67%), bread and coffee (65%), yogurt (58%), butter (55%), sausage, ham and protein of animal origin 51%).
This is because the ideal breakfast recommended by the specialists should contain fruits or fruit juices, fiber and protein.
"For example, if you choose simple carbohydrates for the first meal of the day, such as pastries, they will not supply the amount of protein required for each meal. This will make you feel even more hungry during the day. A high-protein breakfast will reduce cravings throughout the day, and this helps a lot in controlling appetite. Hydration must not be neglected, the body also needs liquids, "says Univ. Dr. Corina Zugravu.
